At this moment in time we are hoping that we will be able to re-open our premises at the beginning of September. This will obviously depend on Government guide lines, and the course taken by Coved 19 over the next couple of months. Certain activities will probably still have restrictions in force so we do not expect things to get back to normal immediately. We will keep you updated via this website as and when we have any further information.
Angels of Hope have been appearing around Greasby over the last few weeks. If you find one please feel free to take it home and hang it in your window or car to remind yourself that you are not alone. Our HOPE is in the Lord.
Should you wish to email the church please DO NOT use the email icon on the contact page as it contains an incorrect address. We will be redoing the website in the new future so until such time please contact the minister at :-email@example.com or phone her on 0151 633 2753
We would like to apologise for any inconvenience caused.
If you go to our Worship section you be able to find a service for next Sunday produced by the Methodist Church. Those of us who are able will be using this service as a basis for our meeting together via “Zoom” so you can follow this at home knowing that many others are following the same service.
We have been forced to stop worshipping together, but don’t let us stop worshipping altogether.
As you are aware all places of worship have been closed by the government. Our building may be closed but we are still worshipping via ZOOM each Sunday and are available to anyone who needs our assistance. Should you require any help or pastoral care please contact our minister on 0151-633 2753 and we will do our very best to help you. If you require prayer please fill in a “Say One For Me” card at the front of church or email your request to firstname.lastname@example.org
Greasby Methodist Church have now purchased and installed a Heart Defibrillator which is sited on the outside wall to the right of the main entrance. It is fully automatic and registered with the ambulance service so if you ever need to gain access the code to open the cabinet will be given to you when you phone 999.
We would like to thank all those who use our premises for their contributions towards the cost of the defibrillator which should give us, and them, the assurance that should one be needed it is readily available. Greasby, which is a great place to live, now has three such machines sited throughout the village for the benefit of the community.
